The Flange is designed to allow an exhaust with an OD of 3" (75mm) to slide inside the flange created a strong mounting (the flange will require welding to your downpipe). The Flange Face has a Male step which interlocks perfectly with the Garrett Turbine outlet flange creating a secure mount and free of leaks.
