VW Karmann Ghia (1955 - 1974). It is very important to fit the correct length shocks to a lowered vehicle. There must be at least 50mm of upward and downward travel from the normal ride height. Prior to fitting new shock absorbers always cycle it through a few strokes in the correct orientation as it will be fitted to the vehicle.
