The clip is not used on all Volvo models and it will not be the only clip used on any model. For example, on car it might fit the door seals but not the boot and another it may only fit the bonnet. This is a push to fit clip that is used to attach the rubber gasket seals that run around the doors, the boot and the bonnet.
