This is useful both in various areas of motorsport such as DRIFT and racing - mainly to obtain maximum traction of the vehicle on the driving axle of the car, as well as in stance designs. Changing the angle of the rear wheel allows the large size rims to be "pushed" without having to rework the wheel arches.
