Is your driver’s footwell wet?. Is your car losing coolant?. Chances are this is your problem – a leak from one or both of the heater matrix pipes located in the driver’s footwell (see picture two). This is a common fault on Ford Focus Mk3 (2011‑2015), as well as C‑Max, Focus Mk2 and Kuga Mk1 models.
