The engine flange, turbo flange and external wastegate flange ar CNC cutted from mild steel plate 3. The runners are mandrel bending from 3mm thickness seamless mild steel tube 4. TIG welded 5. all the flange milled flat and smooth 7. The turbo flange is G30 and external wastegate port is 50mm. 8. Surface treatment in black This manifold is heavy duty and much stronger than the usual stainless top mount manifolds.
