A used (slightly) SU HS6 1-3/4 inch carb in excellent condition. Came off a Marina 1.8 at least 30 years ago and been unused since. It was bought as a new replacement and fitted for a while but not very long and done a very low mileage. There is no play whatsoever in the throttle spindle and apart from a bit of grime etc it is virtually as new. It has the code FZX1199 on the ID tag. All the fasteners undo and turn as they should. I have done a repair on it recently to the fuel inlet stub which pulled out when it was removed decades ago. It is a sound repair and stronger than SU managed and leak free and the breather hole cover plate is now brass so won't rust.
