＆ Motor oil, oil filter and air filter must be replaced when changing the turbocharger. The turbocharger must be completely filled with clean motor oil before attaching the oil supply line by the oil insert bore. ＆ The oil lines to the turbocharger, as well as all flange and connection seals must also be renewed. In some factories, the charge air cooler must also be replaced in accordance with the installation regulations. Liquid sealants must never be used. ＆ The intake and exhaust gas air system and the charge air cooler must be cleaned. It must be ensured that the system is free of chips, dirt, corrosion, oil and other foreign bodies or fabrics.
