＆ Engine oil, oil filter and air filter must be replaced when changing the turbocharger. The turbocharger must be completely filled with clean engine oil before attaching the oil supply line through the oil inlet hole. ＆ The oil lines to the turbocharger as well as all flange and connection seals must also be replaced. For some makes, the intercooler must also be replaced in accordance with the installation instructions. Liquid sealants must never be used. ＆ The intake and exhaust air system as well as the intercooler must be cleaned. It must be ensured that the system is free of chips, dirt, corrosion, oil and other foreign bodies or substances.
