Vintage Cylinder Liners x2 Hillman / Sunbeam Talbot ?

This appears in the Hepolite catalogue as Hillman, and also Sunbeam Talbot, from the 1930's / 40's. They are Hepolite and the number can be read which is FS923. Clearly they can be used for other applications, i.e. motorcycles, depending on size.
