This is a Genuine carburettor set- up, for the Viva HB Deluxe "90" / SL90. The carburettor, is the correct "90" item, carb number 3118, (rod operated throttle bar) It is in used condition, - I had this new carb fitted on my own SL90, but for only around 1500 miles or so before removal, - so it is in excellent used condition.
