Keep your Quality Volvo Original OEM wiper motor and linkage ,Just replace the worn Plastic Bushes/Sockets. You can replace just the problem one or the full set on your Volvo. If Your wipers are juddering, over arcing (hitting side pillars) or the plastic ball socket have play in them this could lead to the ball joints popping off leaving you with no or one wiper at best.
