Sold as a pair These little buffers have 2 jobs on Vintage VWs, They keep the fuel flap level with the bodywork and also the Glovebox lid. TOP TIP : If on your pre 1967 beetle you have to hook open the glovebox with your finger it is because the buffers have compressed with time. Replace them and you will be able to open the glovebox by just pressing the button as VW intended.
