This rubber boot fits over the brake light switch on the master cylinder to stop the wires corroding which will stop your brake lights from working Its used on beetles and can be used on Vw Bays and splits as well although you do have protection if your van still has the front belly pan fitted. we also sell the other style smaller boot which is available in 2 pin or 3 pin German quality 2 pin and 3 pin brake light switches are also available from the Wolfsburg Restos ebay shop.
