Really nice find for someone, a genuine new old stock carburettor listed in the book for the Standard Vanguard 1950, can’t be many of these carbs to be found now! Nice all round condition as can be seen in the photos. Update on this one, an eBayer messaged to say it should be a Solex on a Standard Vanguard, so l looked into it a bit more, this is 100% correct fitting for a Standard Vanguard, but was sold at the time as a Zenith conversion to the Solex originally supplied, hope this clears up any confusion!
